Registeration Question

Hallo all
, let me start of by saying im a man with a Jordanian citizenship, i m married and my wife has a dutch citizenship, so we have a 18 month old baby , we have been happily married for 2 1/2 years. my wife has been living in Jordan for 2 1/2 years also.

we are trying to leave Jordan and move to Sweden, the main question I have if it is possible in anycase to register her from Jordan(not Sweden)) and if so, how can we do that?

Register her for what purpose? She is an EU Citizen and therefore has the right to go to any EEA country, including Sweden. She just goes that, and if registration with the Swedish authorities is necessary then she has up to 3 months to do that.

But after she arrives, in what way does she intend to exercise her EU Treaty Rights? Will she be employed, self-employed, a student, or will she be a self-sufficient person?

Only if she is exercising EU Treaty Rights in Sweden, or is intending to, will it be possible for you to get a Residence Card confirming that you too have EU Treaty Rights.
