Don't think there should be any issues, now that you've got your visa.

One quick question - did verification take place in your case?

I am not so sure that this will not be a problem. sureshep, why are you taking all the money out of your account? When are you coming to the UK, and are you going to put it back before you come? If you are not putting it back, how are you going to survive?

I think there is a chance that you may be refused entry to the UK, I think it is called a "material change", because you will no longer be able to show evidence that you can mantain and accomodate yourself.

Is this because you have borrowed the money to get the visa?

I would put back the money into bank account again, will that be a problem ?

Since, personnel loan is quite tough to get in a short time. Pls share your experiences. Awaiting for your kind responses.

hi Suresh

It is best to have close to 2800 pounds in some form(with docs to prove it to the immigration official at the point of entry) at the time you are planning to enter UK. If you do not have immediate plans to move then I feel it should be okay to withdraw the money now.

When did you get the verification phone call ?

If you r all speaking about 'highly skilled' visa, then pl do go through the home office website and there is no such formality to prove ur networth at the port. It is funny to imagine immigration officer letting you go to a 'private place' to take out the money from the 'hidden area'. Remind you, its just not the aspirants looking at this forum, even Brit immigration would be looking at these forums and dont give them a lead to create new rules.

If u r given a visa, it means u r a legitimate, trustworthy customer. U r believed to have money and finallu pl dont suspect urself. Eventually we will make future applicants life miserable.

Hi Sid,

I got the call on Wednesday (17th Dec). That Guy was too professional on the call, and introduced himselfs as a Consultancy Recruiting Guy.

I usually interact with many Consultancy recruting HR's and company HR's for any new openings or requirement very frequently. But, no one seems to have this kind of english rapo and the kind of communication. Based on the call conversation, I am expecting him as BHC Guy.

Hi sri_sunny,

Thank you for putting me in right path. I undestand, Immigration rules are very tough in UK and even risky till our landing to UK after immigration check in at UK airports.

Will try to take the personnel loan ASAP and would see how to expidite the process in short span of time.

Once again, your inputs are highly appreciated.

PaperPusher,

Do you know any case where application was refused because funds were available at the time of application but later they were not.

Application is accompanied with correct proof of MF i.e. bank statement of last 90 days at the time of submission, however as the entry to UK is delayed due to current market condition and fund is converted into fixed deposits. Can that be a cause of rejection?

Has anybody heard about such cases?

I have not seen a single rule in guidance notes or home office site that mentions about source of MF in account or verification of fund at the time of decision.
