Sorry I didn't get you. While applying for PSW, they check the hours of working. Right. I didn't get that university checks the hours of working.
The university checks that you are eligible to apply, based on your qualification and on your compliance with your Student visa conditions.
Separately, the application asks if you have ever worked without permission to do so, so that is your chance to explain any mistaken working more than the 20 hours a week allowed.
Thank you. I'm afraid about work hours now.
Also should I request visa compliance team to inform about completion of the course before visa expiry.

No. The university does that anyway for every eligible student.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

Thank you. Thanks for your help. Shouldni include any cover letter while applying graduate visa that I did full time and during resit I did 20 hours again.

It is not the best of ideas to bring up anything in regards to work if it is not absolutely stated / requested. Your circumstances are in a very grey area - it is accepted that full time work is allowed in vacation periods and the period at the general completion date for the course. Don’t stress about the hours worked.

So in that option in the application, should I enter yes and explain what happened?

Thank you. But I don't know at what circumstances the caseworker of graduate check hours of working. Or do they check every time.

Given your ongoing anxiety about this matter, yes.

There is no checking by the caseworker, HMRC checks are not routinely undertaken.

Thank you everyone. Everything is sorted out and I have applied for graduate visa before expiry of my visa. Thank you everyone for your assistance.
I got a doubt now . There is a chance of getting sponsorship for me from a company. Can I apply for tier2 visa while waiting for decision of graduate visa where I need to prioritise tier2 visa. Also main point is my visa has expired now and I am staying here as I am waiting for decision of graduate visa.

Yes, although note that the Tier 2 visa was abolished some years ago and replaced with the Skilled worker visa.

That's fine, under the principle of section 3x leave.

Your Skilled worker sponsor employer will guide you through the application process.

The graduate visa is a far more flexible option. You are not tied to a sponsor.
