Dependents Visa Applying Required or Not

Post by Arohara » Mon Dec 25, 2023 3:45 pm

Hi All

I am currently in Skilled Worker Visa and started my current job back in May 2023 and currently looking to switch to different employer once get a new job

Both my current visa and my dependents visa valid until May 2028

While switching employer do I need to apply again for my dependents?? As they have valid until May 2028 and they become eligible to apply for ILR before their current visa expires which would be in May 2028?

@Arohara , don't create several identical posts in several subforums. One is enough - stick to it.
