Advice required if company is product led

Hello everyone,

I own a company, and I've developed a white-label mobile app solution tailored for restaurants and restaurant chains in the United States. I've successfully sold this solution to multiple customers across the U.S. The platform seamlessly integrates with their Point of Sale (POS) systems, efficiently managing their entire order processing. I'm curious to know whether this offering qualifies as a product-led company. Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Unless there is a knowledgeable individual on the platform who understands your product and how it relates to a physical product it is a big ask.
From my understanding it is essentially a phone app that uses IOS or Android platforms to deliver a bespoke service. In my uniformed position it is essentially software and therefore not a physical product in the conventional sense.
