Family in UK

I and my family members are BNO visa holders. We have already lived in the UK. We now need to extend the visa. When we fill in the visa application online, there is a question seems like confusing, "do you have any family in the uk that you have not already mentioned?"
We don't have other family members in the UK. But do I need to say "Yes" because my family members have already lived in the UK?
