The declaration of the cash saving are required by both of us or just from the applicant? or it is joint declaration since the funds are in joint current account?

is there any template or must have legal wording which needs to be in the letter?

If solely relying on cash savings, on joint account, a single letter with both of you signing it suffices.

just wondering in the application they didnt mention to upload anything related to children? should upload their birth certificate or passport voluntary? or leave it as it is it.

If it were required, you would be asked for it mandatorily. Why upload when not requested?

Actually this ILR they didnt really asked any information related to children compared to previous FRLM applications where they asked for every single details including passports etc so just got little curious. may ILR is all about the person who is getting settle status rather other family information. may be thats why

Also in section of docs supporting my other reasons to stay I have disclose my children’s school life and other activities and my elder’s sever food allergies along with our own established life here in uk. I am supporting this with education letter and paediatric letters. is it enough or am i missing something?

yes they are british and not part of application. did they change this for all application or just for ILR because it was required in the previous application of FLRM 2021 and also 2018.

They have asked all my previous passport and ID cards. Passports are fine and even recent ID card is also fine as they are in english however previous ID card is not english so should I upload it as it is or does it needs to be in english? it expired though

There are safeguarding procedures in place for children when applying for any leave, so if they notice that non-British children are left out of an application they may contact you to enquire. For British children, this is not an issue. They have ALL the information about you anyway, you do not need to explicitly tell them about your children, they know their status and they have data on them. Do not overthink all this stuff

The advice is to scan all travel stamps over the last 5 years in addition to the biometrics page. This is not a requirement under the rules but it may help the caseworker in the right direction. They rely on their systems to calculate your absences anyway.
Ignore the ID cards. They do not need or care about your national ID cards
