Got my Define CoS number, what next?

I have recently received a PDF file from my employer containing the "Certificate of Sponsorship details." The current status of the certificate is listed as "ASSIGNED." Can I proceed to use this certificate number for my visa application now? I am somewhat concerned about potential additional waiting times, as I've come across forum posts indicating that certain individuals waited over 10 weeks for their certificates, whereas I received mine in just 13 days.

There are many variables and reasons as to how or when individuals receive their COS. That is not an issue to concern yourself with - you have your COS - time to apply for your visa
