Long story short, After my PSW I secured a sponsorship by the end of July 2023. By the time I came in to the company the COS has already been allocated to another co worker. I did not have a COS. My company lawyer suggested to apply for FLR while home office process the undefined COS. I have applied for FLR on just a day before my visa expired. Undefined cos was generated on September 9th and the lawyer withdraw the Flr application and submitted the Skill Visa. At the same time another COS was generated and another colleague applied and he had a straight forward application. He received the visa exactly after one month. On November 6th I received this email. Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK.

It January 6th now and still haven't heard anything. I had scheduled my wedding earlier this year, did anyone go through something similar, Please advice.
