Ecctis AQUALS reuse for ILR application

By end of Jan2024 I will complete my 10 years in UK and was planning to apply ILR (long Term route) .
Out of these 10 years , I was on Tier 2 ICT dependent Visa for 7.5 years and 2.5 years on FLR Visa.

When I had applied for FLR VISA around 2 years back to meet the English requirement I got my Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUALS) from Ecctis as CERF B1,

Can I use the same certificate for my ILR application

Sorry, I have both ECCTIS -
1) English Language Proficiency Statement (CERF level B1) and
2) ECCTIS - Academic Qualification Level Statement (Bachelors Honors Degree)

This should be enough to meet English requirement
