Tier 2 sponsorship license-application

Hi there,
I am applying for Tier 2 sponsorship visa and I am confused with the application form. Could you please advice how to answer to the question "Is your organisation registering as a head office, a single body?". My company is registered as a private limited company with 2 people working in one only office. I would really appreciate your response

I am assuming you are applying for a sponsorship license?

You can state the single operating unit as being the head quarters.
