Hello,
I am preparing my Indefinite Leave to Remain (Global Talent - Set O) application and seeking some community insight on a disclosure aspect. My situation involves a corporate dispute for which I filed a petition in the High Court (Business and Property Courts). Ultimately, the petition was dismissed in a judgement handed down last year.
I am unsure how to best disclose this in my ILR application. My understanding is that the only place to include this additional information is in a cover letter since the matter doesn't fall into the typical categories of criminal, civil debt, bankruptcy, or immigration-related penalties.
Has anyone here gone through a similar process or can offer advice on how to address such legal matters in the application? Any suggestions or experiences would be immensely helpful.
Thank you for your time and help!
