Does a child born in UK, before parents has got ILR , need ID for application for citizenship?

I.e. child born in 10/2023 then parent got ILR in 01/2024, he has not got passport, BRP OR ANY FORM of ID apart from British Birth certificate , is it ok to apply for citizenship directly?

Birth certificate showing parents is sufficient.

Was child born after you got ILR or before?
If after child is already British.

Your post says born before ILR.
If before apply MN1 registration.

If child was born after you got ILR, using the NHS isn't free of charge. best to secure some form of private health insurance while you wait for the outcome of registering them as British.
