Regarding to the income type

My current status:
1. I worked at UK until January, revene around 50000 pounds a year;
2. I left UK at the end of December 2023;
3. My wife applied for permanent residence on the 22nd/Jan. Because she is a T4 parent visa, she can't work in UK. She has found a job and can work when she gets ILR.
4, Our saving is around 40,000 pounds; We have our own house in UK ( worth 500000, and still have 100000 mortgage);
5. If non-United Kingdom savings can be count, we should have 70,000;

Can I apply for a family visa immediately after she applies for permanent residence? ( we have two kids in UK as well)

I will apply family VISA depend on my wife. I did work in UK at last year and all of the money in UK are from my salary, my wife hasn't worked in UK.

When I apply for VISA, how should I choose in this part? Select income types
xx's employment
xx's self-employment
Non-employment income
Pension
Cash Savings

xx is my wife's name

Should I select cash saving? and "A declaration by yy of the source(s) of the cash saving", do I need the declaration if all of them are from my salary?
