BRP expiry prior to 5 years stay in UK

Hello @zimba, I am also struggling with the similar issue. I got a confidence based on your responce to vrbkp. Then @vrkbp can they submit their ILR online applications at the end of the BRP validity period (I would say, a week before expiry) instead of 19 days prior to the BRP expiry date to utilize the 45 days of Biometrics period. So that they will get maximum days of stay here in UK, close to 5 years. Stll they will be short of 20 days as per their responce to you, are they eligible for ilr as they are short of 26 days for 5 years completion?
Can we stay legally in UK after the BRP expiry once I submit my ILR application online without getting the biometrics date?
