Query on ILR route on 5 years Tier 2/ skilled worker visa

Hello Sir,
I have applied for ILR visa on 5 year route Tier2/Skilled Worker Visa on super propriety .
I got an email asking for more details.
Below is the email content and help to understand what case worker is expecting .

You were previously granted permission to stay as skilled worker from 12 May 2022 until 19 January 2024. Your Certificate of Sponsorship states you will work as a Software Engineer for company earning £35,000 under occupation code 2136 Programmers and software development professionals.

Can you provide your payslips for the last 12 months. Can you provide bank statements for the last 12 months showing you receiving your salary. -- This i can provide

Can you sponsor what work you have done for them for the last 6 months.-- is UKVI expecting later from sponsor or letter from me? I have pasted same sentence from email.

Can you and your sponsor explain how you can work for them on a full-time basis when you live in Cardiff and your sponsor is based in Reading. -- do they need explanation from me or sponsor. Kindly suggest.

Companies House confirms that XXXX company Ltd have 2 company directors, Can you confirm if you are related to either director, if so, can you confirm how you are related to the directors -- I am not related to any director genuinely ..

Can anyone help how i can move forward with the reply.

These are straightforward questions from you and your sponsor. You should ask your sponsor to write a letter to answer the questions related to them. You should also write a letter yourself explaining what was asked from you and provide the evidence required

regarding Can you and your sponsor explain how you can work for them on a full-time basis when you live in Cardiff and your sponsor is based in Reading
I am working 2 days remote and 3 days from office and my employer agreed to give letter for this.

Do you think this will be sufficient for this query ? or will home office asks us more details again.

It is not about what I think. I guess that is a reasonable answer. As I said above, you and your sponsor must find the most appropriate answers to provide

I have replied and now they come back with different questions.

Can you explain why your partner & dependents are not included in your application? My dependents are not eligible when i submitted my application(03/01/2024).. they are only eligible after jan 15th. can i reply with this reason or do you suggest any better reason?
Provide school letter confirming parental responsibility and where child live at? i have contacted school and school is saying we can not provide parental responsibility confirmation in letter. but they can give letter confirming studying child and address. Will that enough?

Simple response is that the plan is for them to apply at a later date. It's a question as part of safeguarding checks on the children.

Can i reply to UKVI like "school is not allowed to give parental responsibility" If the school is not willing to mention parental responsibility confirmation in letter.
Just attach what ever the letter school gives. will that be OK?

Yes and include the letter or bit where they told you they won't be commenting on parental responsibility.

replied with all docs and information on 18th jan. After that no update.
When i replied for the first queries , they came back with in 2 days with child queries.
Now no update since a week. My application is super priority. Any idea how long it takes with child safe guard checks.
