ILR application - Tier 2 Depended

Hi, can someone help by clarifying the below

1. if it's possible to submit an ILR application before your 5 years exactly and then book the biometrics on a date after you have reached 5 yrs.

2. What are the chances of obtaining an ILR if you have exceeded 180 days in a particular year. The reason for more days being over 180 is because I work for a UK company on rotational work abroad.

3. If 2 is complex who has experience dealing with such a case and they are willing to have me as their client

3. If 2 is complex who has experience dealing with such a case and they are willing to have me as their client ti's is not a platform for such service, you will need to get yourself a solicitor

You have already submitted application and travel afterwards will be considered a withdrawal of the Immigration application.
