Hi

I have been waiting december and january for clear cut imfirmatuon.

I am still confused and not able to understand

Those already in uk on 5 year parter route have to show 18600 only untill new rule implemnts.

Once new rule implementd from spring do i also have to show 29000????

As my wifes ILR. due after 15 aprail 2024.

Those already on the settlement route won't be subject to the income increase. This has been officially confirmed by the Home Office.
(Casa, not CR001)

Once new rule implementd from spring do i also have to show 29000???? No, the new rule on dee increase is not retroactive, it is those just starting the journey that will be affected. People already on it continue to comply with what they started out with as per fees.

As my wifes ILR. due after 15 aprail 2024.
