Hi guys. I just joined this forum. I got few questions I wanted answers and couldn't find them on Internet.

My relative wants to apply for health and care visa uk and she wants to bring her dependants as well. I know that rules are changing and home office is banning dependants coming in. So my question is.

1. If they submit their application before rules change date, would they be okay? She doesn't want to come alone as she has 2 small kids and also doesn't want to waste her money on visa application if rules change during application processing.

2. When does the application is considered submitted? Is it when u submit your application online and wait for biometrics appointment date? Or does it considered submitted after biometrics appointment with vfs global?

If anyone knows anything please shed a light so I can guide them properly. Thanks

The date the COS is assigned sets the date, not the application itself.

She is the main applicant, her husband and 2 children are coming as dependants with her.
