Do you not have any photocopies of your lost passport, including the ILR? If you were/are working, then perhaps your employers may have made some copies for their files. Also, try to get a copy of the ILR letter, or its reference number, from your father.

first of all what was the reason they called you for an inteview its just because you lost your possport and you reported or you have done some sort of minor crime or any other reason. you can also try your photo copy of you passport where u applied NI Number they always take photo copy just try it other wise your father can only provide such proof.
