Hi,
Can my spouse-dependent visa holder be added as a director to the company that sponsored my visa?
Will there be any issue when extending my visa if my spouse is linked to the company-sponsored my visa?

There is nothing to prevent her from being a director. It will raise questions as to your relationship with your sponsor though.
