Documents for MN1 application

Hi all,
Please, I am currently applying for citizenship for my kids using MN1 form.
When applying it asks for birth certificate, my questions are
1- Is that the uk one or the one from my home country translated to English. Yes they were born in uk.
2- do they need the original certificate for scanning later after applying online. As I don’t have the original with now.

Use the uk one if you have.

No they don't need any original documents. All documents are to be scanned and uploaded.

Full Uk birth certificate with names of both parents is ok. You will upload the scanned version to UKVCAS so you don't need the physical copy (but make sure you know where it is and it is well stored)

Please, I have started MN1 application for one of my kids, then added another one.
When notice in the beginning
“Once the questions for the main applicant have been completed, you will be able to add additional applications to this application, such as a family member or dependant”

My question is there a difference between the main applicant and the added one after the main?
Could the main applicant be one of the kids? As all the applicants are my kids and I am not the main applicant.

Yes, not a problem, it's just one online form, no applicant is more important than another.
