Earliest date to apply for ILR

Hi,

I'd like to get clarification on when is the EARLIEST date we can apply for my wife's ILR, I understand the "application date" is irrelevant, it's more the date of decision/date the application is being assessed from look previous posts.

My wife's initial spouse visa was issued on 23/10/2019, she arrived in the UK on 17/11/2019. Am I correct in my understanding from the other posts that earliest we can submit the application is 28days before 23/10/2024?

That comes out as 25th September 2024?

No. For the spouse of a settled/British person family visa, the qualifying period starts from the date of first ENTRY to the UK. So you should count from 17/11/2019
