Employee in husband's Ltd company for FLR payslips

Hello friends, I hope this forum will guide me.
my husband working in his own limited company and he will show my 6 month payslips for my visa extension from his own company.can he show me as employee.
One lawyer said that he is self employed so he should show his last financial year income that is coming in his personal account should be 18600, but his last financial year is passed we don't have 18600 to show in last year.so next financial year will end on December 2024 but my visa extension is due before Dec this year.
So can he shown me as employee now and send my salary in my account in upcoming 6 month then I can use these.

The proposed plan will not work. As an employee of the spouses company the payslips will not be accepted. The financial accounts are still required. This is to stop the exact circumstances that you face being overcome in the manner you are suggesting.
