Evidence of joint address

Thank you for reading my post.
I have coming appointment (stamp 4) with immigration officer next month, who asked me and my husband for evidence of joint address
I have checked Department of Justice and is not clear for me so I will aske here.

Joint proof of address - recent utility bills (for example – gas, electricity, water, television license)

We have non of above as we have all utility bills included in our rent

Can we provide ;
* tenancy agreement (both names)
* mobile phone bills (my husband one who applying for stamp 4)
* car insurance or bank statements (from me)

Will the Immigration officer accept it?
