Care visa and dependent March 11

I want to apply skilled worker visa from outside UK(INDIA) and waiting for the Senior Care worker COS. What if I receive COS on 9th March and apply with my dependents(Spouse & 1 child) together for visa after 11th March. Will my dependents gets the visa? I was searching for the answer to this in the policy guidelines or any reference related this on official UKVI website or UKVI published policy guidelines. Please help me in finding any such guidelines issued by UKVI specific to this.
