Curtailment Letter

Hello All,

Hope you are all well.

I just have been lie off form my company as work visa form US.

This is happened 2 weeks ago, just things going so fast everyone says once you got the letter the clock start and you must find another job in 60 days or you have to leave the country.

I have holiday booked from 20ot oh march, people says this letter can take weeks or months or year?

Appreciated if someone can give some insights on this and if I go out for holidays and letter arrive could be a issue on the return back to UK.

There's quite a high chance that they won't let you in - you arrived in the UK for work and there's no more work for you to do. Decide for yourself if you want to gamble with that.

There is no away to predict when this letter will arrive right ? there is a different if you're from USA ?

No and no.

What might happen at the border is that you will be either curtailed your leave given leave as a tourist, since you are no longer employed, which will make you unable to switch in country.
