Hi everyone,
I arrived on the UK on Nov 2023 with my wife, but we didn't bring our son who was 26 months old at that time.
I applied for my son's Student Dependent Visa on 22nd February 2024 from outside the UK. On 23rd February, I got an email from UKVI saying :
"The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.
Please provide the following documents:
Documents that demonstrate the original source of the ******* deposit made to your ******* bank account with account number ******* on 21/01/2024. "
The source of the fund was a deposit made by my father in law. The source of fund was a sale of land. I have now submitted a letter from my father in law saying the deposited fund was a gift to us ( me and my wife ), documents ( original and translated+notarized) to prove the sale of land, tax paid documents, photo of cheque deposited by buyer, statement from banks, everything. My question is :
1. How likely is the visa after such an email from UKVI?
2. Do they review everything and ask for all documents at once, or is there a chance that if they are satisfied with this response, they will review the other parts of applications and ask for documents again?
Thank You.
