VFS Global Submit Error *Spouse Visa*

After successfully uploading all documents. I go ahead and press submit. The wheel turns then I get a message "Oops! Something went wrong" my wife has biometric appointment on 20th Jan.

Please tell me what to do.

I'm applying from Karachi Pakistan. For UK spouse Visa.
