Hi,

A friend of mine applied for his ILR - super priority and registered his biometrics on 07/02/2024. He received an email from FES Submissions confirming that his supporting documents have been submitted to UKVI. However, he has not received an acknowledgment email from UKVI confirming they have received his documents. Is this normal? Does he need to contact them? If yes, how? I understand super priority is not a guaranteed service. However, it has been nearly four weeks since submitting his biometrics and he has not heard from them. Is this normal?

You do not get any acknowledgement. Priority service has no guarantees
