Password is going to expire with current visa

Hi,
I've a Skilled Worker Visa for 3 years but my passport is expiring before (2 months) my visa. So if I renew my passport, do I need to trasfer the visa to new passport. also wanted to check if that affect my employment.

If I dont transfer the visa to new passport, will it be a problem when applying for an extension to this visa?
