Change position in the same company new rule

Hi all,

At the moment, I am in skilled worker visa -salary £30k (marketing job code2010- 4151). My employer would like to change me to Accounts Technician position (Job code 3537). I do not see how the new rules apply to my situation (only see guide on extending or renewing visa same job code)? if I apply before 4/4/2024 so my salary meets the going rate £29,200 but if I have COS after 4/4/2024. My salary needs at least £36k. Is that right? (25th percentile).
