Urgent help: applied graduate visa and breached immigration rule

I am writing to seek advice regarding my graduate visa application, which I applied for on March 19th. I received notification from the university that I have successfully completed my course, and the notification was sent to the UK Home Office on March 19th.
After term of my course was over, I set up a company (myself Director) while still on a student visa on Feb 9th, but I have not engaged in any business activity or work through this company. I am worried that this may be considered a breach of my student visa conditions and could affect the outcome of my graduate visa application.
Official course term was from 11 Jan 2023 to 31 Jan 2024
Please advise me on my current situation.

It is very unlikely it is going to be an issue. It is even less likely the Home Office will even know you have set up a company or that you are a director.
It is not a routine or mandatory check that is undertaken unless there is intelligence or evidence to point them to a serious breach of your conditions.
