Hi I have applied for my son's registration under MN1 Section 3(5) after living in the UK for 3 years with him, decision pending. My partner has found a job abroad, we plan to stay there for a couple of years then come back. Is it ok for us to leave while the decision is pending? The certificate will be sent to our place in the UK which family will still live so that's not an issue.
The reason I ask is that I answered my intention to live in the UK after granted citizenship - which is true, just not immediately. I worry this will be deemed as deceit?
I understand that technically we can travel and my son's BRP will become invalid once registration is complete. Will it affect his passport application from abroad?
