ILR Eligibility breaking 9 days

Hi all,

I'm on PBS dependant visa, where my spouse is on Skilled Worker visa. My visa entry clearance was issued on 3rd May 2019 and we actually arrived to UK on 12th of May 2019, thus 9 days of initial absence. In addition, I have 179 days of absence between 2019 and 2020.

I was wondering starting from which date I will become eligible to apply for ILR settlement?

Count from the first visa issue date. Note that you cannot have more than 180 days of absence in any 365-day period
