Does not matter under what section you upload. Only endeavour to upload all supporting documents for the application.

Only last 2years of cohabitation documents is required.

Dear AmazonianX, Thank you so much for replying.

In the Upload section, It specifically says :6 letters and/or other documents addressed to you and your partner at the same address to show that you have been living together during the past 2.5 years
Image

I did upload for 2years during FLM. But I will adjust it accordingly if there is issue with 2.5 years of cohabitation letters.

Can you also please help me with my queries if possible:
01. All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK -

I have uploaded my ( Applicant ) Passport / BRP.
I have also uploaded my Partner (Spouse) - Non UK Passport [ My partner has Indefinite Leave to Enter - Which I used in Settled Status Section ]

Please help if I need to upload my Partner ( Sponsor) Non-UK Passports.

My other question was for P60.
P60 for relevant period(s) of employment replied upon for Applicant.

- I donot have the Latest P60 as it is not issued yet - Do I need to write the Cover Letter stating same? I could not opted out during the application, my bad, I clicked it and didnot realise the latest P60 is due to be issued in May.

My Another request was for Personal Bank Statements :
Personal bank statements corresponding to the same period(s) as the payslips showing that the salary has been paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly

For the March 2024, Bank Statement was not issued, So, requested Bank to issue Interim Bank Statement for March so March Payslip can be reflected.
They printed and stamped the Statement but the Interim statement has the transaction of April as well.
My payslips gets released to bank every 6th of the month - so when I requested it was 7th hence the Payslip payment for April 2024 is reflected in that Interim statement which I am not using for my ILR Application. - Please advise if this is going to cause issue.

Thank you for helping.

ILR - Bank Statement for More months than Payslips

Post by xraj143 » Wed Apr 10, 2024 9:36 am

Dears,

I am applying for ILR SET(M) and uploading the documents now. I submitted my application on 3rd April ,2024, Bio on 23rd April

My Question is in regards to Bank Statements which I have uploaded. I went to Bank and asked them to print the Bank Statement for 6 months but they Printed for 7 months , meaning they printed till date.

I only have Payslip for 6 month.

Payslip Period : October 2023 - March 2024
Bank Statement : October 2023 - April 2024.

The Issue is, My Payslip gets issued every 6th of Month so when Bank printed Statement , My April Payslip Payment is also reflected in the Bank statement, But I am not submitting April Payslip.

Is this going to cause any issue? or should I go to bank again and ask them to reprint it. [ March Statement is not available to download from Online ]

Please help.

Thank you so much.

Thank you AmazonianX for confirming on my Bank Statement Issue.

Will you be able to assist me on my another question?

In the Section:
All Previous Passports, Travel Documents / National ID card that you have used to travel or remain in UK

I have uploaded:

01. Applicant Passport - All Pages
02. Applicant BRP - All Pages
03. Sponsor Old Passport - All Pages.
04. Sponsor New Passport - All Pages.

Do I need to upload Sponsor Old/New Passport in this section? The passport has the vignette of my sponsor settlement and travel stamps ?

I am not entirely sure if the Passports of my Non-UK Sponsor is required or not. Do you think I need to keep as it is or remove it?

Thank you so much for your help.

As stated before it does not matter under what section you upload what document.

Your sponsor's passport biodata page is sufficient, old or all pages not required. Can you confirm status of your sponsor?

What is meant by "non-UK sponsor"?

Dear AmazonianX,

Thank you for responding. My Sponsor ( my wife) has got her vignette from her initial entry to UK in her passport ( She got ILE based on the settlement to Join her Parents in UK ), She has not converted her ILE to British Passport yet.

So her Indefinitive Leave to Enter (ILE) will qualify for settled Status. She also has the Non-UK passport.

now in the section where it says :

Evidence of Sponsor Settled Status in the UK

I have uploaded

01. Sponsor Indefinite Leave to Enter BRP - For settled Status Front / Back

My Question was for the section where it asks to upload All Previous Passports, Travel Documents / National ID card that you have used to travel or remain in UK

Do I need to upload the Non-UK passport my sponsor has or will it be okay to exclude it and only upload mine.

Hope this is clear.

Thank you so much for helping.

Kind regards,

Dear AmazonianX,

Thank you for confirming. In that case, I will remove it from this Section.

Will it be okay to Upload the Sponsor Passports in the Section :

Evidence of Sponsor Settled Status in the UK

or Just Indefinitive Leave BRP should suffice?

Thank you again for helping.

Cheers,
