HSMP Extension for jobless

Post by Image » Thu Jan 01, 2009 9:49 pm

I am on old HSMP scheme under the rules in place before 7 Nov 2006. I understand I am covered by judicial review. Now I need to apply for extension.

My real question is what "evidence" should I submit with my application forms, as I have been jobless for almost a year now? ( I do have rejection emails from different agnecies, is it sufficient?)

As per guidence notes, " if you are not economically active you will need to provide evidence to show that you have taken all reasonable steps to do so during your stay in the UK e.g. several job applications relavant to your skills and experience"

Thank you.

Nowadays, everything is electronic.
It is better to submit paper correspondence rejections.

You also MUST prove that you don't need to resort to public funds
You will get an extension of only one year if they accept your documentation.

You're welcome stalker.

I have used reed.co.uk, totaljobs.com and josite.co.uk (and a few others). Do you advise me to take print out from my applications history from all these websites ?
I do have application acknowledgements in my inbox along with rejections , but no paper based correspondence. so the best i can do is to print out electronic correspondence !!!
any suggestion about the possible no of rejection letters, must be sent with applications?

Appreciate it.
No suggestions
Just use your common sense
