Seeking help regarding FLR HRO

Post by Supch » Thu Apr 18, 2024 6:57 am

Hi all, I need help about my visa application. Basically I finished my psw then applied for FLR through solicitor On Nov’23 . but it came application as invalid which I’m totally not aware , we haven't applied for biometric in given time scale. My solicitor hasn’t mentioned about it earlier and hiding from us by not responding to our calls.
Now when we run ECS CHECK it came as negative and not allowing me to work further.
Then I contacted another solicitor as previous one is not much helpful.then we gone to FLR Hro this time . Again it came up as negative but reason says ‘’An application for leave in uk has been submitted but this was done so after expiry of persons pervious leave’’

When I checked this with solicitor he is not responding either, I’m in a situation to go nowhere. Can I know what other options do I got please ?

If any case I’m not anymore eligible for right to work I’m quite happy about it. But I just want to make sure I just got legal right to stay for atleast couple of more months to sort my things and move back to my country.

If application was made AFTER your last leave had expired it means you are an overstayer already and got no immigration status in the UK.
Can you give your full UK immigration history
On what date did your PSW expire, by what date did you instruct solicitor to apply? What does biometrics not applied in time scale mean?

Until a decision is made on your current application, which will probably take many months, you will not have the right to work.
Was your previous FLR application FLR HRO?
FLR HRO route applications are generally complex and a difficult immigration path to follow.
What is the basis of your claim?
