Appeal allowed and waiting for BRP

Dear Everyone,
I hope you all are doing well,
I need one advice please, My appeal was allowed in April 2023 and still I’m not receive any response from Home Office. I sent them emails couple of times but no any response after I made complaint on September 2023 and I received response within 10 days they said you will be get soon but still I am waiting so can you please someone advise me what can I do and how long I have to wait?

We were also allowed an appeal and we submitted everything on time.
The HO requested an extension of time (10 days). After that time lapsed we gave the HO another extension but since then we'd have no response.
Sure the HO can't just leave us hanging.
