Acknowledgment email not received

Hi - I have also applied for ILR and submitted my documents during my appointment at UKVCAS on 13 April 2024. I received an email from UKVCAS confirming I have submitted my documents but have not received an acknowledgement email from UKVI and if I log into the UKVI website to check on my application, it still shows further actions to be taken.
Can you please advise if this can happen and if your friend got an update on his application?

You just read above you won't get UKVI acknowledgement, as you have submitted biometrics don't tamper with anything on the online portal or you risks truncating your application and or loosing fees.
