Skilled worker visa expiring in 2 days

My skilled worker visa is expiring on 15 May. Due to urgent official travel I have to go to Bangalore returning on 11 May. I am submitting my application on 13 May by my company solicitor (xxxxx).
Can someone please recommend will I be allowed by the immigration officer ?

There will not be an issue.
If you are extending your skilled worker visa take a copy of your COS for the extension

Letter from your solicitor confirming they are instructed to apply for ILR then
