appropriate visa Application types

Post by Malatesh » Wed Apr 17, 2024 10:00 pm

I am seeking guidance on the appropriate visa types for son, given our current circumstances

As of April 14, 2024, I have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK.

My wife came to the UK in February 2022 on her Tier 2 ICT visa, sponsored by her employer.

Our son was born in the UK on April, 2023.

However, both my wife and son travelled to India in December 2023, and they are currently residing there without visas to re-enter the UK.

Could you kindly provide guidance on the suitable visa types for my wife and son under these circumstances?

What is the visa path you took for your ILR ? Your son is entitled to be registered as a British citizen
