What evidence I can show to proof 5 years living in Uk
I was put my main nationality Moldavian (not in EEU)
But all my documents in uk on the base of my second nationality (Romanian) EEU
In application I was note that I have 2 nationalities.
All 6 years I was self employed.
Have ILR on Romanian passport

You need to provide tax returns and SA302 for each year, downloading them from HMRC's website. I suggest you file your taxes for the year that i just over and submit that for this year too.
