SW to dependent of EU Scheme Pre Settlement

I am on skilled worker visa. My wife came in UK on EU Scheme Pre Settlement in 2022. We had some issue and she was leaving alone in Back home country. She got EU Scheme Pre Settlement through her sister who has EU Nationality. She came as a dependent of her sister. My Parents was not happy with her as she can not give birth to child..... She applied EU Scheme Pre Settlement and mentioned her application this and domestic abuse something. Now i am in UK and my father has died and mother also in back home. Me and My wife has good relation now.
I am on Skilled Worker visa. Can i apply her dependent visa ? She can show her salary 29000k/year. Is it possible for me to switch from Skilled worker to her dependent so i can do business and investment here?

If your relationship with your EU family member had started by 31 December 2020 then you can apply as their dependent.
Given your wife did not gain her own pre settlement until after that date that would suggest you do not qualify.

My wife is Pakistani. Her nationality is Pakistan. She got pre settlement under EU Scheme visa based on her sister who is Italian nationality holder. We got married in 2011.

If that is the case you can go down the EU route, but that will reset your ILR clock
