Graduate to Skill Worker Visa COS Issued Before 4 April (New Entrant) Total Sposnsorship Time Allowed

If the salary is 27.5K
COS Issued before 4 April 2024 and Visa Application filed on 28th March.
1st Question: I want to know if I fall under new Entrant and am only allowed to have 4 years of total Graduate + SW Visa
Or I can have 5 Years of Visa as my Salary is greater than 26,100 as per the old Rule.
I have applied for 5 Years SW Visa now waiting for a decision.
2nd Question:
If I fall under New Entrant and the total duration is for 4 Years, is it possible to amend the COS by the sponsor to 2 Years of Skilled Worker + the Remaining time on the Graduate Visa i.e, approximately 3.5 years or the Sponsor can be only for 2 Years of Skilled Worker Visa as Graduate Visa is already issued for 6 Months?

The salary being offered is above the new enterant level and met the previous minimum salary threshold under skilled worker route. As long as it met or was above the rate for the job for the SOC prior to 4th April it will be processed as if a standard skilled worker visa.
