No approved English test centre

My wife is Syrian and there is no approved English test centres in Syria, what should we do?

She should take the test in another country, where there is an approved test centre.

Keep in mind you'll have the same thing with biometrics - they'd have to be done abroad.

Anyone know if I’m able to do my English test in England on a tourist visa? I’m Swedish and will apply from abroad.
