Leaving during 5 year route

Hi

I have been trying to talk to the home office and they give me different answers all the time.

I am 3 years into my 5 year route and now my husband (UK citizen) has been offered a job away for 10 months. Obviously me and the family will join him but I am worried how this will affect my application.

I will be back in the UK for the final year of my 5 leading upto my naturalisation application. Providing evidence of my wish to stay in the UK long term is easy as I have a house here, both my kids are both UK citizens.

You have not specified the specific route you are on. Your immigration history will be helpful here as different routes different requirements e.g. spouse route does not have absence requirements towards ILR.
