ILR - False Record

Post by fab231 » Tue Apr 30, 2024 3:57 pm

Greetings Everyone,

I am confused. I need help. My story below.

I am British and earn over 70k and my wife ( both from Nigeria ) on her final spouse visa which will expire 29th of MAY 2024.
we want to do the one day service. my wife had her visa denied in the past BEFORE WE MET, now we met, we had a baby in 2016, she applied as a mother of a British citizen under the ten year route. in the application form, she was asked if she has been denied visa before, i mistakenly said No. Her visa was granted.

we got married and apply for spouse visa and same question was asked and i just continue to say No since the previous application i did answer No to the question, her visa was approved. i applied for the final visa which comes to an end in few weeks and same question was asked and i said No and her visa was approved.
My fear now is, i am applying submit her application in the 1oth of May and same question is asked and i said No.. should i be worried or just continue saying NO and hoping all goes well. apart from that, our application should be straight forward. Should i tell the truth with a covering letter or maintain No to the question since we doing the super priority.

Thanks all, appreciate your honest feedback

You should say YES and provide details. This will have no effect on her ILR anyway

Super priority has nothing to do with appointments. Priority service determines the visa processing speed AFTER the biometrics. All applicants must book an appointment and enrol the biometrics regardless of the visa service chosen.

Thank you so much. Submitted on Saturday Morning and got Biometric today 9am and by 11am , we received email that it has been successful. waiting for the card to arrive within 7 days then we start the naturalization process.

Thanks very much once again.
