ILR - Question about appropriate application form to apply!

Hi All,

We are applying for ILR on the Basis of 10 Year Lawful Residence soon.
Our Previous Leave to remain granted since 2014 (seems) on the basis of: Family Life (our child is British citizen now over 18)
The decision letter on grant of previous leave to remain states:
....However we consider, under paragraph GEN.3.2. of Appendix FM, that there are exceptional circumstances in your case which would render refusal a breach of Article 8.

When we looked online at Gov website - It seems there are more than one form/routes to apply. We are not sure which form/route to choose from the following:
ILR based on Family life (https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain-family)
ILR based on Private life (https://www.gov.uk/apply-indefinite-lea ... ivate-life)
ILR based on 10 years long residence (https://www.gov.uk/long-residence)

I've two questions here please:
- Which form we should use?
- People who are granted leave to remain like in our case and similar decision wording. Are these classed as visas granted on the basis of family life or private life?

Under paragraph GEN.3.2 and Article 8, you are still granted leave under family rules and not private life.
I suggest applying for ILR via the 10-year family route:https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... t-relative

Can we both (me & my spouse) apply in the same application at the link you suggested? Or we’ll need to apply separately?
Also is faster service available with this application please?

I am not sure as I do not know the details of every form. It might be possible so try to apply.
