CSEP application - several confusing questions

Hi,

I am planning to apply for CSEP very soon. I've looked through the questions and see several which confuse me, could you please help me to figure out correct answers?

1. "Regulatory Body" - is there any in Ireland for ICT professionals?

2. "Please provide details of the recruitment method" - I've been working for the company on a contract basis from the abroad for quite a long time, should I state it exactly like this? Won't it diminish my chances of obtaining a permit in Ireland?

3. "Gross Weekly Salary" - should I simply divide annual one by 52?

4. "Are there deductions from the Gross Weekly Salary?" - should I specify tax deductions here?

5. "Highest level of Qualification relevant to the employment: e.g. Certificate, Diploma, Degree, etc." - in case my degree is only somewhat slightly related, but an annual remuneration of €64,000 or more, should I specify this somewhat related degree or I can simply put "Relevant experience" in there?
